Sports Day

After months of 'My Tummy Hurts' every Monday (PE) Jamie had a fantastic sports day.   Mummy had to give a little pep talk in the morning as he was very upset / nervous and out it being sports day, but I told him to pretend he was 'Dash' from The Incredibles, or Lightning McQueen who says 'I am Speed' before his races!!

The school was great as they put a few of each year group together to make 10 teams made up of all years.  Jamie was in Costa Rica who came 5th (I think).  Jamie however, put his all into every event and did really well - cheered on by mummy, daddy, Nana B and Grandad!  

 

You would have thought he would have been straight into bed, but unfortunately he was bouncing off the walls til 9pm!!  But we are so proud that he tried his best at everything and even seemed to be enjoying himself....
