Sam's Superhero Party!

Fantastic Superhero birthday party for Sam and Isobel who are cousins in Jamie's year.  Their mums really went to town.  Capes for each guest (and enough for some of the parents), POW, BOOM, BANG on the walls and on the party table, a silhouette to take photos (see above), lots of games (Jamie won musical statues but got a bit mardy when he didn't win musical chairs!) and fantastic goodies to take home - Jamie got a Magic Book!

Reminds me, I need to think about Jamie's party in less than 6 weeks.....

Moon Zoom Presentation

Due to my new job being in an afternoon (12-4pm) I was unable to go to Jamie's latest parents afternoon when they were showing all the work they have done with regards to Moon Zoom.  However, I did help him learn his lines and Daddy was able to go and watch him:

I am Mars, I am red in colour because I am covered in red rusty dust.  Did you know I have a north and south pole?

Second Tooth - Finally

When out with 'the girls' on Saturday, I asked Kerry about Jamie's tooth which had been wobbly since before Christmas.    As there has been a tooth behind it for as long as it had been wobbling, she suggested that we go to the dentist.

Sat chatting about it Sunday morning and, at the mention of the dentist, Jamie started to worry and wobble his tooth.  He worried and wobbled it so much, it came out!!

"How Cool Is That?"

Went out Saturday night with 'the girls' as we had not seen them for a while.  Great company.  Unfortunately, the meal was a bit disappointing.  The children had wanted the frozen yogurt from the machine but it had an 'Out of Order' sign on it.  That and the fact I got a red Pinot Grigio means I will definitely not be back in a hurry.  Better not mention which particular restaurant it was.  It wasn't Pizza Hut.....

Anyway, due to the pudding disappointment, I suggested we stop off at the shops on the way home for some ice cream.  Here we saw a Lego Star Wars (Rebels) magazine.  Jamie got so excited and shouted out  "How Cool Is That?"

Unfortunately, the magazine was about £4!!
